Made an online order, had to go in store to pick up due to their stuff up. Then realised when I got home half the items were not in my package I picked up, and a few items broke almost straight away, or were terrible quality to use.
I have contacted support many times, and they have not replied once in the last 3 months, even though I have received automated confirmation that my complaints were indeed received. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Driven to make money like most big businesses. They are not worried about the individual consumer. I brought a rod holder which snapped and when I went back to get a refund, I basically had to argue for it. they have staff who know very little about boating, camping or fishing. A fishing and boating store that does not even sell fishing licenses. Give me the little blokes who look after their customers any day.
