The staff are more than friendly with a huge amount of knowledge on a range of products and ideas. They are not there just to sell, but provide a service to help the consumer. If more outlets treated their customers like this, a lot more trust would be in the retail industry.

Driven to make money like most big businesses. They are not worried about the individual consumer. I brought a rod holder which snapped and when I went back to get a refund, I basically had to argue for it. they have staff who know very little about boating, camping or fishing. A fishing and boating store that does not even sell fishing licenses. Give me the little blokes who look after their customers any day.

Easy to find gear. Appear to be reducing their range though. Handy to get to and located in close vicinity of other retailers. Will continue to shop there. Have improved boating range.
