I contacted Beachside Plumbing Mordialloc/Braeside for a quote to have a continuous gas flow hot water system quoted and installed. During the phoncall I was also informed by the company of the current Victorian energy rebate on hot water systems, which was very informative. Within an hour a very polite and professional tradesman arrived to inspect and quote. The following day I had a call from the business manager (I believe his name may have been Paul but can't quite recall) who phoned to follow up the quote. I outright believed that I needed a new water system and was prepared to purchase one no questions asked, however the manager confirmed my current system was absolutely fine and that I only need a new temperature valve for a fraction of the price.
