This is my regular place for facial for months now. The price is great, but I obviously enjoy the treatment. It's not an application of different creams or a peeling and you going home with nothing being done really. It's a real facial, where you get pimples, blackheads,... removed. It took me so long to finally find a place like this. Today, I feel asleep, while having the mask on. After that, I got a lovely massage, face clean and cream/oil applied with a gentle face massage in the end. All this is in your facial. So you do leave with your face clean and taken care of. This is facial to me.
Thank you

I have been going to Beaubelle Beauty Clinic now for over three years, Last year I went every fortnight. One fortnight I had a Facial and the next fortnight a package of Facial, Massage, mini Pedicure and mini Manicure. I started by purchasing two packages on Deals.com.au and have continued since - whenever they have a deal advertised I buy two. I have had the wrap and scrub and used the steam room and sauna but I prefer not to have them. I am a senior woman and have been having beauty treatments since living in Asia in my twenties. I have visited a lot of salons in England, France, Asia, The Eastern States and in Western Australia.I have always considered this my 'me' time. Ken Ken, the owner, has a great deal of knowledge about skin and beauty regimes. I do agree with comments re added extras but it doesn't bother me. If you go for just a facial there is two hour paid parking on James St. When I have a package I park in Wilson's Car Park across the road and pay for the time I think I will be at the salon.

I redeemed a voucher that was given to me for my birthday. As I wasn't sure how long the treatments would go for, I parked out front in the 2hr parking but was panicking in the end as I was on a bed with a facemask & wet nail polish on so couldn't exactly get up to move and re park & pay more for parking.
I had to wait a while in the entry before anyone greeted me and as the other reviewer said, I got the straight upsell but I didn't mind as it seemed good value, I went for the $25 body scrub.
All up, I dealt with 4 different therapist during my treatments, personally one or two would make the service/experience a little more personal.
My first impressions was lying on the wet bed for scrub was the mouldy ceiling and the "treatment rooms" were just very open cubicles
The older lady therapist I had doing my body scrub was professional and polite.
My massage however was disappointing, I had a young male therapist and was more like a body rub than an experienced massage, I did ask for more pressure.
Next I had facial with manicure and pedicure, the therapist was polite and as the other reviewer said, offered the upsell but I declined especially as I was panicking about the car parking at that stage.
During the manicure, the therapist managed to cut me and make my finger bleed (hope they sanitise their utensils) but no apology/sorry was offered. Eventually this therapist just walked off and said ill be back to wipe your face mask off and give a back and shoulder massage later.
As I laid there, worrying about time/parking all I could hear we're the other clients as the cubicles are very open and not very private.
I was then greeted by the forth therapist which I wish I had all along through out my treatments, she was a lovely lady who wore glasses and had an English accent, her massage was lovely and firm and she could still feel the knots in my neck but she certainly made the end to my experience a positive one, she is an asset to your business, sorry I didn't catch her name.
She even gave me a takeaway drink/smoothie and in another cup a delicious spring roll, samosa with chilli sauce.
I however like the other reviewer, don't think I'd return

I redeemed a spreets voucher here and the voucher was for a 60 min massage, 60 min facial, body scrub and either spa or sauna treatment. I got there and was escourted to my room promptly. The place is nicer than others I have attended and made me feel like I was on holiday (or perhaps the 3 hours of pampering to come influenced that). All the treatments were good however I was a little disappointed in how they continually attempted to upsell - perhaps to make some money lost on the voucher. Firstly there was an optional hair mask ($15) and body wrap ($30) which I decided I would take up but then during the facial I was recommended to upgrade to a peel - a further $75 which I declined as I have sensitive skin. Overall the experience was well worth the $69 I paid for 3 hours of pampering but I wouldnt go back again.

Approximate cost: $114
