Well what a difference staff can make after having a not so pleasant experience at Amcal Belmont, what a welcoming change, friendly mod helpful and genuinely willing to help, service with a smile :-)

I walked into this pharmacy and had to approach someone for help, told no catalogue and none currently running or valid as I was looking for huggies baby wipes on sale. Staff didn't seem too welcoming or enthused overall disappointing as I've had the complete opposite experience with Amcal Lesmurdie, the staff there are wonderful.

Well this place is now my fave. The food is Devine and I'm a fussy vegetarian that does find it hard eating out/choices avail.

My favourite is the gnocchi unfortunately they have changed the sauce to a creamy Basil for winter but I did prefer the tomato one with goats cheese for summer, hope they bring it back to the menu soon.
My husband has something different every time but again has never been left disappointed.
They cater well for kids with little party packs, colouring in, stickers, balloon and a yoyo
The staff have always been professional and the service prompt.
The meals are more expensive than the tavern on kala rd but the quality of the meals make it worth the visit.
We will continue to be regular patrons

I redeemed a voucher that was given to me for my birthday. As I wasn't sure how long the treatments would go for, I parked out front in the 2hr parking but was panicking in the end as I was on a bed with a facemask & wet nail polish on so couldn't exactly get up to move and re park & pay more for parking.
I had to wait a while in the entry before anyone greeted me and as the other reviewer said, I got the straight upsell but I didn't mind as it seemed good value, I went for the $25 body scrub.
All up, I dealt with 4 different therapist during my treatments, personally one or two would make the service/experience a little more personal.
My first impressions was lying on the wet bed for scrub was the mouldy ceiling and the "treatment rooms" were just very open cubicles
The older lady therapist I had doing my body scrub was professional and polite.
My massage however was disappointing, I had a young male therapist and was more like a body rub than an experienced massage, I did ask for more pressure.
Next I had facial with manicure and pedicure, the therapist was polite and as the other reviewer said, offered the upsell but I declined especially as I was panicking about the car parking at that stage.
During the manicure, the therapist managed to cut me and make my finger bleed (hope they sanitise their utensils) but no apology/sorry was offered. Eventually this therapist just walked off and said ill be back to wipe your face mask off and give a back and shoulder massage later.
As I laid there, worrying about time/parking all I could hear we're the other clients as the cubicles are very open and not very private.
I was then greeted by the forth therapist which I wish I had all along through out my treatments, she was a lovely lady who wore glasses and had an English accent, her massage was lovely and firm and she could still feel the knots in my neck but she certainly made the end to my experience a positive one, she is an asset to your business, sorry I didn't catch her name.
She even gave me a takeaway drink/smoothie and in another cup a delicious spring roll, samosa with chilli sauce.
I however like the other reviewer, don't think I'd return

It was my first ever visit to this business and all I can say is, the service I received was simply outstanding from the friendly greeting I received as I walked in the door, to the helpful service and advice and then the prompt email confirmation service of my booking. Thank you and ill defiantly be returning and telling all my friends to pay you a visit.

Always reliable and honest, no nonsense service. We have been using them for yars and will continue to do so and always recommend them to friends and family.

Im shocked by the service of this business - my brother purchased a (full price) voucher from this business for my mums birthday - she made an appointment and was phoned to say, sorry you cant come in, we need to re-schedule the appointment - some staffing issues aparantly, so another appointment was made - again, same thing happened, so a 3rd appointment was made - i called the salon myself, to make sure this appointment was going to go ahead and was greeted by a very rude Irish lady, who didnt really give a hoot basically saying well, we were sick !!! I said well, you have caused quite a bit of inconvenience - my Mum is a shift worker and she was sooooo looking forward to some pampering. I suggested maybe they do something extra special for her to make up for the inconveniences, the irish woman then asked if that was a "threat" ummmm No, i was just suggesting after all the inconvenience caused, it would be nice if they went out of their way to do something extra special for her. Needless to say, ill NEVER be using this business again

I cant even get through to this business to try and make an appointment - i try and phone every single day, phone just rings out or is diverted to a message bank that is full, so you cant even leave a message - could someone pls pls pls answer the phone so i can make an appointment

I bought one of those online deals for Essential Beauty Morley and i was so looking forward to some last minute pampering before my 1sy bubs was due to arrive so called to make an appointment - i then was told "my boss has decided not to honour these vouchers and is processing refunds" well, i wasnt impressed - why sell them and take peoples money - the excuse i got was a few staff had left !!!! was then told to email my details and a refund would be processed at the end of the month - 2 months later still no refund so the online supplier, had to step in and they provided the refunds. What a way to conduct a business - even a voucher for the inconvenience casued would of been a simple sorry gesture but nothing - ill never use this salon !!!!

I know this place is popular and we have been here before but out most recent visit has left us not wanting to go back. First of all the reservation, we wanted an early dinner so we were told we must be there by 6pm and vacated by 7.20pm - first of all this is not a nice way to greet a customer - maybe more like would you like to dine with us on our 1st seating for the evening or the 2nd seating? and then times given. We arrived on time and after a bit of a wait to be shown our table we were shown a 40cm round lopsided table in a corner right near a bifold door - no we were not there for just coffee and cake but dinner - this is unacceptable to expect people to sit at such a table to eat dinner. We refused to sit there and after a bit of comotion and staff didnt really look like they knew what they were doing, we did get a normal table. Service was slow and unattentive but food was ok - not fantastic, not great but average. Wont be returning.
