I've been going here for a couple of years now - most recently a couple of weeks ago for a cut and colour. They NEVER do exactly what you ask - which is great because you walk out with a cut and style that looks great on you (and better than what you think you wanted). What attracted me though and kept me coming back was the empathy they show people who have lost their hair thru cancer for instance. They do professional hair-extensions here, but go one step further than just re-building your self-esteem, they understand the rollercoaster-ride of losing your hair, getting it 'back' in extensions, then having the extensions removed and your new hair revealed for the first time in months. Oh - and totally superficial, but the scalp massages during the shampoo and treatment phase is to die for. The only downside is, even with extra staff, they're soooo heavily booked, give yourself at least a week to get in.
