Ordered a sample pack with 6 bars. Express post and it came 2/3 days later. Price wasn't too bad but expensive for postage Express or not. Opened the package this morning to find honey silk hair conditioner bar smooshed all over the over bars and unusable.

My order was processed promptly and I'm so pleased with the trial products that I'm about to order the full size products. And no plastic! Our family is very keen on natural products without the overload of packaging.

My wife and I are very pleased with the results of using Beauty and the Bees products. Our first purchase was three years ago and we have used the soap and shampoo bars ever since. Gone are the rows of plastic shampoo and conditioner bottles – half-used because they didn’t quite do the job. The shampoo & conditioner leaves our hair light and bouncy – even my barber commented on this! Also, good value – a little goes a long way. Ticks all the boxes: good results, good for the environment, good value. And service has always been excellent, with orders arriving very promptly, well packed and in good condition. I have fine, thin curly hair that gets very dry ends that tend to snap off. I’ve tried a bunch of different methods - commercial shampoos & conditioners, no poo, natural shampoos - and finally I feel like I have settled with the shampoo bars and conditioner. I have big hopes for long term use with them, already after a week and a half my hair is much more moisturised. Usually whenever I try heat styling my hair just goes into a frizzy, fly away mess and my ends go crunchy, so I don’t bother. But after using the bars for only a bit more than a week (with a cassia treatment in between) I tried the heat styling and my hair for the first time felt like real hair - not fly away or crunchy. The shampoo bars feel so different than commercial or natural shampoos - they have a less squeaky clean feel in the shower but when my hair dries it is always clean and never oily as long as I’m sure to massage my scalp properly (having curly hair the oil tends to stay close to the roots and not travel down the hair shaft). It’s been a good excuse to get my boar bristle brush back out. I like this over no poo because it’s nice to have a subtle scent to wash your hair in - especially after cooking or being around smoke (no poo seems not to solve that problem) while also keeping some natural oils around. I was also sceptical of the conditioner bar because my hair needs to be brushed with conditioners with lots of slip in the shower and can get very knotty and I didn’t know if the bar would be able to handle the job. I was surprised to find it is better than many bottled natural conditioners I have tried. I have high hopes that these bars will change my hair game for good and maybe my ends will finally stop snapping off! I’m just sad I have to go through a few bottled shampoos and conditioners that I previously bought in bulk before I can make the permanent change. And of course I love being able to give up plastic bottles too! I hope in the future these can be stocked in SA!

Bought the bar shampoo & conditioner. Great products! They are long lasting, easy to use & have minimal packaging. Great for a bathroom declutter. I get eczema on my scalp with regular shampoo, but it has cleared up using the bar!

The products are so good. I use the shampoo bars and have found them fantastic and won't use anything else now. No more itchy scalp or limp hair. My hair and scalp look and feel so healthy. I also like the fact that the packaging is biodegradable so less impact on the environment. Great product and service

I just got my order of shampoos from Beauty and the Bees which I placed on Monday night and it is know Friday morning. That’s incredibly fast some places would have only now shipped an order even when they say next day shipping.
I haven’t used the products yet but they smell amazing and they feel so fresh. Which I have to say is great because that’s one of the things this business talks about is their belief in fresh being the best. I also loved that I could order a “sample” pack so I can try out the different options. Also the little information booklet about the business had my name on it which I thought was so nice.

I found Beauty and the Bees while I was searching for a chemical free shampoo option. I got a sample shampoo pack, some soaps, and moisturiser. Everything has been beautiful. I’ve tried a couple of shampoos and for my oily roots and dry damaged ends, the Voodoo shampoo is amazing. The yogurt soap and shampoo is so nice and moisturising and it cleared up my sons cradle cap in 3 washes which I’ve been trying to get rid of for 4 years. I’ll definitely be buying more.
