The girls are so lovely. It's a nice little hide away beauty palor that you feel like you are getting treated like a rock star. Treatments are priced fairly and I have never been disappointed with waxing and their tinting.

Went to Beauty on Rowe for several treatments, being a eyebrow wax, facial cleanse and manicure.
At first the salon looks to be at a decent standard giving decent prices for decent jobs. Unfortunately the services being provided are not up to the OH&S standards set out by law and are a health hazard.
When waxing, therapist used 1 metal spatula for the whole wax and didn't clean the spatula before dipping into the wax pot. This spreads my skin, oil and germs back onto the spatula then into the pot, which could be full of clients dead skin cells, cooked in the hot wax pot.
Second they used a metal nail file without cleaning it, once again spreading clients nail filings into the metal file and spreading fungus and bacteria.

A beauty salon is to be run similar to a health car centre, everything MUST be disinfected at a minimum
