I have been here on two occassions for yum cha and the food was pretty average, the prices were average however the service is appaling! Most recently we went for a birthday lunch, there was about 20 of us dining at one large table up the back of the resaurant. We ordered a selection of dishes, there wasn't terribly much for a vegetarian (however this is the case with most yum cha establishment) but we racked up quite the bill! Trying to ask for service is scary, you don't know what the waiting will be like. We asked for some additional chilli on our table and the waiter said no because we had two dishes already. We said that we were still eating and would require more and he still wouldnt bring any! I don't think I heard one person say thank you when we paid or thanked us for our business. I think because Yum CHa is popular in sydney and everywhere you go there seems to be a line so this must equate to no effort made with service because they dont see the need. the customers will come anyway. Well I will never go to Zilver again by choice and will reccomend others if asked.

Yum have been buying cupcakes here For a couple of years now. They makes such a good birthday present for the person you don't know what to get. The cake is spongey and soft and comes in so many amazing flavours whilst the icing well it blows your mind. My favorites are the mint chocolate, Jaffa and red velvet flavours. The price is decent for the size of the cake. The presentation of the cakes show that a great deal of care is taken 8in the process of making these! Yum! I want one now. enjoy!

This is my local pool which I now avoid, not sure if a cooinsidence but I have gotten sick after swimming in the heated pool twice so will not attempt again which is a shame. I find the pool pretty clean bar the odd bandaid floating about but what I find really annoying is the lap lanes are not inforced as lap lanes!! The pool life savers don't do much... They could ask those people who think walking up and own the pool is considered laps to move into the play lanes. So annoying!! The pool is expense which is now $5.70 per visit!!! Criminal!

Do not bother with these guys. I went in to get my car quoted up for two insurance jobs on my car. One of the jobs they did straight away. I sent the quote off to the insurance company and then things went wrong. The insurance company needed them to upload the quote to their system for assessment. I called back a number of times to follow up on the quote and where it was at. I got excuse after excuse lie after lie. After waiting 3 weeks for them to upload the quote I decided not to go back and start again with a different repairer. The way they run the workshop looks messy and u organized, I am not sure that I would feel safe leaving my car at their premises for any period of time. Many other places to chose from in the area, don't bother wasting your time on this one.

My husband and I bought all our wedding wine from here. I am not sure if it is a family business but a couple of the guys that helped us pick our wines were related and they new their stuff. We got great wines for a really decent price. They showed us many options within our price range and made a good recommendation and gave us a good deal. We ended up with a great selection of reds, whites, sparkling (which our guests loved) and a rose. We bought cases of stella at a very good price. Was very happy with this and would recommend if you need to buy anything in bulk as they will do you a deal!!! Thumbs up.

This review is for Ywax - Laser Skin Beauty, Parramatta NSW

I called and booked myself in for 3 wax treatments. Amy was really lovely and I found her very helpful and calming as one of the treatments I hadn't had before. She made an invasive experience totally fine. The waxing was easy and effective she did a great job. She also recommended laser hair removal for my skin and hair type which I knew nothing about so I will be going back for that next time. I was really happy with the price and service would highly recommend. Ywax is open till 7 each week night which makes it easy to arrange appointments that suit. Parking is a bit of a nightmare in this part of parramatta though. $80 for all 3 treatments I was impressed.

Never had such a bad experience. I booked to stay here through needitnow arrived to check in today at 2.30 and was unable. When I arrived I was spoken at in an aggressive manner and I felt very uncomfortable. The room we booked and paid for was given to someone else. I fought and said that I wanted the room I paid for and she said that everything was booked out and was going to put me in a smaller room. She did nothing to even offer any solution or offer an apology instead she gave excuses and put it back on me as my problem. I had to ask for a partial refund as the room was cheaper to book which i was also feeling bad about. I said that it's not my problem. She then said she would move a single mother and child into a different room so that we could have the room I had already booked and paid for. I was then told that the room was not ready and that we had to wait. I said that was not good enough and that i expect more from someone who works in the hospitality industry. I was called a drama queen!!! I called needitnow to request the full refund which they said that we could get. She was aggressively yelling at me whilst I was on the phone to needitnow yelling at me saying that I was being ridiculous. Meanwhile another guest had just returned to reception saying that she just went to the room that she was given access to and said there were children occupying the room already. I would not risk staying here, this establishment does not offer a warm or friendly environment let alone safe facilities for your family and belongings. We were left stranded with no accommodation for the evening and our long weekend was ruined as a result. Thanks blue pacific! Shame.

Whats bad about this place: I went to get a quote for a smash repair it's been almost a month and I am still waiting... The staff are very friendly and helpful but I think they must be too busy.
What is good: I challenge you to find cheaper petrol. Although its not technically a petrol station they have two (I think) petrol pumps which the sell to the public at a good price. I bought petrol for about 10 cents cheaper there one day I was gob smacked. I often drive past to look at their prices and it is always cheaper sometimes just by a smidge than other petrol stations in the area. I think it's a bit of a local secret. My dad lives in the area got me on to this little gem.

We (stupidly) bought an airconditioner from eBay thinking we got a great deal. We called Advanced Air to install it, which they did at a very reasonable price. The technician asked where we bought the unit from as it is a no-name thing and how much we paid. He said that we could have got something better for our money through them and installed for the same price. I thought nah it will be fine. He said that he gives our unit 12 months to a year tops in good working condition. it's now that amount of time and I think he is right the damn thing is starting to not work as well as it used to when it was new. He was really informative about the type of units they would typically install in a house like ours and explained that the unit we bought will only be good for heating/cooling the room in which it is installed. Lesson learned. We are going to buy a new one in the near future through these guys, they know there stuff, competitive with pricing and can do quote order and install all in one.

Awesome just awesome. I have used these guys a couple of times. I park on a busy street and many ####heads bump and scratch my car and do not leave a note. Gotta love Sydney drivers :(

These guys have buffed out a few minor scratches on the side of my car on 2 separate occasions. The result was excellent and not too pricey. I think each time was about $250, they come to you and it doesn't take very long for them to do the work. They do other minor repairs including alloy wheel stuff and can fix cracks too!!
