I've been going to Carmel for a few years now and she's such a lovely person! I mainly see her for a Brazilian and she's definitely more gentle than some of the other girls I've seen. She also makes me feel welcomed every time I walk in. In the last year or so, I moved houses and I could see someone else (closer to home) but I always see Carmel. And I think that says a lot!

I recently had a facial at Beauty Sanctuary Day Spa and I have to say, my skin hasn't felt that good in a long time.

Carmel is a lovely woman who is enthusiastic and passionate about her work.

Although some prices are a little steep, you always receive excellent service from someone who takes an interest.

When you're having a treatment, you are the only focus at that time and it shows in Carmels care.

This small business is run by Carmelle and I've been a client for about 6 months or seeing her every 5 or so weeks. I've found Carmelle to be excellent at facials and really amazing when it comes to eyebrows. She charges a faction of the cost of many higher profile eyebrow experts, one of which I've seen in the past and paid $50! So an real find if you are looking for somewhere good to get your eyebrows done. I also like the fact that she isn't pushy when it comes to products. I've found other salons put alot of pressure on you to buy their recommended products, which she doesn't. Its up to you whether you are interested in purchasing or not. Finally I enjoy the time I spend there as she's good fun and lovely to talk to. I would highly recommend trying this salon.

I was very happy with my experience at BS Day Spa.
I bought an on-line voucher for a full set of eye lash extensions. Natural- and they definitely were!
Since then I have referred 4 girlfriends and not to mention strangers on the street who have approached me.

I received a bonus 10% off voucher for other services in the salon.
I had a great experience and would recommend anyone wanting to try eye lash extensions to come here!
I had a young lady called Rachael. She explained everything to me about the extensions and how to take care of them.

I am adding a review because-
I had a full set done in the city 6 months ago and lost half of my lashes! they were clumpy and itchy. My lash line was very sensitive and I couldn't wait to have them removed.

I will definitely be going back to BSDSpa for refills and to try your other treatments.

I tried Carmel out for the first time two months ago to get my eyebrows waxed and she does a really good job, it is sometimes hard to book an apoitment as she is there by herself but it is definetly getting in.
