The apple Iphone I received appeared to be original when it arrived. It worked fine, however after 3 months failed. I took it to an authorized apple repairer who opened it and saw that the parts were not genuine. Becextech failed to honour the warranty I have lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs

Great price and I got the red camera I've always wanted. Received camera within days which was fantastic but was a tad surprised to find that the manual and all the text on the camera itself was in Chinese !!!! Had to find an online manual to find out how to change the camera to English. Luckily sorted now.

I had a strange experience with becextech. I ordered a phone on their website and shortly after processing the transaction I received a pop up to submit a short survey asking general questions about the website and web store ease of use. I answered honestly with a 5 star review (the website was easy to use). The following day I was doing more research and ended up on a review page where they had posted my own review-my item hadn't even been sent. I was under the impression I was purely giving them feedback about site layout and functionality in this survey so I thought that was a bit dodgy. Who knows how many of these positive reviews have been farmed in this way. After three business days I received an email from becextech stating my phone was not in stock. I was a bit annoyed because they had already processed my payment. They offered me another phone for a higher price, to sit on a waiting list for the phone I ordered, or a refund. I requested the refund which was processed within a week. Customer service exists solely via email and they did respond to my emails within a day, they were polite and apologetic. All in all it wasn't a terrible experience, just a bit strange and time consuming. They really should ensure that a phone is in stock before they accept payment.

Hi all. I paid for my new Canon lens on the 31st August, it was delivered to my home on the 7th September. "5 star service" considering it came via Hong Kong.

No problems with product, fast service and good price. As others have noted, the status may say "Processing" however the item may have already been shipped and so there could be a chance of missing the courier. I received shipping info after first delivery attempt. Got it and all good in the end, thanks.

The price of my Sony A99 II camera was extremely good and the responses to my queries was fast and courteous.

I have to admit I was apprehensive about a first time purchase with this company for over $3000 but the camera arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Delivery in 6 days for expensive items, not bad. They respond to emails promptly and the gear is perfect. I received my 'shipped' email with tracking info a day after it was delivered, apart from that, great. Would use them again.

The quality of the iphone is great but I am concerned about the cost difference. The invoice that came with the iphone had a total cost of $205.00 including shipping, but the invoice you emailed me today for what you charged me for the iphone was $268.95 including shipping. Could you please explain why I paid $63.95 more. Thankyou looking forward for your explanation.

I must admit I was initially apprehensive in ordering a lens worth over $1000, online, from BecexTech, with whom I never dealt before. Not only the price was the best in Australia, I could find, but all the correspondence was prompt and informative in what is happening with the processing and delivery. I was still with reservation in praising them until I got the lens yesterday, which is only 3 working days since I placed the order!
All I can say now is WOW!!!
They are the people I will highly recommend and I will certainly deal with in the future.

Ordered a Samsung S8+. Cheapest price I could find, even adding up the $70 shipping cost. Took a week to arrive. Product as expected. Answered my queries quickly. No complaint.
