My experience is always great. great people. Full pampering, massage, mags, coffee etc. I have always walked out of there happy, each time more happier than the last as my hair dresser is really in touch with what i'm after. great cuts and colour!

I have been going there for years, but I'm now looking for a new salon. I was humiliated by the owner in front of the whole salon for not returning a confirmation phone call I actually was so belittled I left in tears. He basically yelled out "I don't do appointments with clients who won't return my phone call" in front of everyone when we couldn't find my appointment in the book. It made me feel really awful. I called later to try and sort the situation out because I've been going there for ages, but he was really judgmental about me not returning the phone call(s). I tried to explain that I was more upset about being humiliated and belittled not that the appointment was canceled, but it was no use. I don't feel comfortable going there anymore.

I've been to this salon many times both as a hair model and a regular client. I have found no difference in service whether I am paying full price or having my hair done for minimal cost as a model. The staff are always lovely, provide drinks- including coffees (made on an espresso machine, skim milk available) and juices and snacks.
The salon keep records of what you have done to your hair each time so they can get the colour right the next time.
