On service alone I would recommend bedroom warehouse, their knowledge & range made the process of purchasing a my new mattress a relaxed & enjoyable experience. The delivery was next day .so after 3 weeks of looking & researching Darrel & his team solved my problem within an hour. The mattress is excellent as was the price & service

Orders are processed quickly. Website is very user-friendly. Email and phone queries are being answered promptly by a friendly, helpful staff. I love the quality of the mattresses, plus a good price.

Really happy with the product and the installation service that was provided. My main issue was with the lead time and it not being as per originally (or subsequently) advised.

Hi Matthew, good to hear you're happy with your product. I apologise for the delay in the lead time. We really dislike having to ask our customers to wait any longer than expected.
While it doesn't happen often it certainly has happened more than we like due the delays we experience from our suppliers Many retailers are dealing with the same supply issues therefore we try to keep as much stock as possible in our Warehouse Showroom to avoid delivery delays.
For the most part our lead times are quite short. Sorry this wasn't your experience.

We lost our beds in the floods and when went looking ,our daughter bought mattresses for her children so we had a look Daryl was so informative and great with his pricing the bed we picked was perfect and does everything we want and more.and the price was a lot more value than our older bed we couldn't believe how much we saved .Daryl and Mal came out tonight and put it together and took our old bed and mattress away, I can't thank them enough will always go there if any of our family needs bed.Thanks Bedroom Warehouse.

Ordered online late in the week so expected delivery the following week. I was blown away to receive my new bed at 6pm on Saturday night. It's the kind of extra effort that is rare these days. Highly recommend.

Bedroom Warehouse seem dependable and honest at first, but I encountered some difficulties in obtaining satisfaction as a customer.
I was delivered the wrong model/brand of mattress, getting a softer feel one (albeit one advertised as more expensive on the website). There are omissions of fact on the website, including clear statements about whether and which mattresses can be flipped.
I was not initially told the terms of the 60-day comfort promise, including the fact that a surcharge would be added for any exchange. Nor have I a clue what are the terms of the 12 month warranty.
The staff office did not reply to three or four of my emails at first when I enquired about alternatives to my first choice.

Approximate cost: $304

Marc I would like to address your concerns as we have stated in several emails to you but need you to send the photo we requested to establish whether or not you did in fact receive the wrong mattress, in which case we would definitely remedy the situation at your earliest convenience. I am surprised to hear you didn't receive the copy of the mattress warranty that we forwarded on to you when you first informed us of your dissatisfaction and that there was now warranty card with the mattress which is standard. We do have a policy tab on our home page that clearly states terms and conditions of returns. Hopefully this will answer some of your queries but of course it would be preferable for us to have a chat and answer any concerns you have by phone. If you are happy to respond to our last couple of emails we can move forward and resolve your issues as soon as possible
