Great service by Darryl, and a good product. Delivered and assembled the next day, also disassembled and removed the old bed.
I had been to A-Mart, who just slipped me a mobile number, and told me that I would have to organise assembly etc myself…..after wanting me to hand over about $2k for a new bed. Plus they couldn’t even give me a delivery timeframe.
I would recommend Bedroom Warehouse over them, every time.

I went instore to choose a bed frame and mattress, Michael was very helpful and understood my preferences enabling me to make an informed decision. Delivery time was accurate and very quick.

Purely because I have had hell trying to access a bed threw NDIS. I have waited for over a year for a refund on a faulty bed from a provider that my ot recommended. I've slept on a couch and the floor for six months with multiple physical condtions. My second ot would only use her provider which meant the 7,500,00 bed jumped to 13,500,00 for the same bed. I sourced a better bigger bed with the same bed bases and a super comfy mattresses for 6,500,00. The one on one service I received off Darryl and the product has changed my whole outlook on human nature. Thankyou so much for being genuine, kind and honest. I recommend them highly. I spoke on the phone to both Daryl and Michaels about purchasing a bed frame. I ordered it in the morning and it was delivered by Michael the following afternoon. I paid the fee for assembly and was glad I did, Michael was punctual, friendly and informative. I highly recommend Bedroom Warehouse and would purchase again from them without hesitation.

In this age of online shopping, this is one physical store that's worth visiting. Besides being able to test the mattresses in advance, the staff are very helpful and were able to make a suite bundle for us that fit our unique needs.

So many bed stores!
After making many phone calls & looking through websites, I made a rushed phone call to the Bedroom Warehouse at Virginia. Speaking to Micheal, he patiently listened to my mums needs, and not what he wanted to sell me. This was enough to interest us to come and have a look. Bearing in mind she is 90 years old, of which can be a very physically & mentally challenging time choosing the right bed at the best of times.
Micheal was there to greet us, and bent over backwards to find the perfect bed & mattress.
It is not a fancy, flashy city store, but they take pride & care in helping the customers and have a huge range of different styles & selections of beds, this is very important to us.
We chose an electric king single bed, with all the bells & whistles at an amazingly affordable price.
Micheal and the owner Darryl personally delivered the bed on time, no hassles, with lovely surprise bonuses in place. Even transferred mums old bed to our place, also not a problem.
Mum enjoyed her first sleep, the night of her new bed delivery.
We know where we will come when we need a new bed. I will be recommending them to all my friends & family.
