Bought a bedroom suite. Was told up to 3wks for delivery which was fine until we were advised they weren't making it anymore and we could have the one off the floor which I agreed. The tallboy didn't come off the truck as the back was falling off. The bed I didn't realise until after they left was very poorly made... we could pull off the decorative trim and there were gaps in the frame. My first call I was advised I get what I pay for, which was a shock! 2nd call I'm advised they will get a different supplier. 3wks pass and after hearing nothing I call and am advised to contact customer service as its out of their hands.customer service only found out about it that day. I'm advised its being replaced by a completely different bed, there was no picture to view and they didn't know how long it would take. Follow up phone call wasn't returned. I then receive a phone call advising it will be ready the following day. Another phone call to say they couldn't deliver in the afternoon as it was too far (20 mins up the highway). Funny because the original one was delivered in the afternoon. We received a new suite which I checked over before the delivery guys left. It was heaps better and not falling apart on the bed. A few of the drawers I have had to re nail due to the base coming away. Overall very disappointing and I won't be back.
