I saw these accountants on 25 Aug 09 for a tax return and was assured that the return (and my wifes) would be promptly processed. 3 weeks later I get a letter from them questioning their work and asking to sign some type of waiver. I contacted my accountant and advised him and he indicated that there were internal problems and he would sort it out. I contact them on 7 Oct asking why I have not received my (and my wifes tax) and spoke to another member. I was then given an in-detail account of the infighting which is occuring and also advised that the member who did my tax was 'under supervision'. That member was rude and refused to accept I was not interested in their internal problems. After agreeing to get back to me regarding my wifes outstanding tax and resolving mine, I waited patiently for another 12 days. When I called on the 19 Oct 09 the member I spoke to insisted that I travel to his office to sort it out, stated that he had no intention on getting back to me regarding my wifes or my tax return and indicated it was all my fault. I have cancelled the transaction after two months of problems with the company and I am now awaiting my refund and tax statement back.

My wifes had not been submitted after this time as well... for no legitimate reason.

To state clearly that I am a long term user of this company (4 years) and that, like many, have enjoyed some good service in the past. However, there has been a significant change of staff and I caution you to avoid this company. I am also aware of another person (whom I unfortunately referred to them a few years ago) who has been waiting for 4 months for their return.
