I ordered a dress and 2 months later finally got it even though it should have only taken a couple of weeks. The dress did not look anything like the picture and they would not let me know refund but the website states you have 7 days and there are no terms. If I am unhappy I don't want the dress and want my money back. They shouldn't decide that the dress if fine when it was not what I expected. Cheap material, terrible beading- don't fall in love with a dress on their website because it will not turn out that way!! Shop somewhere in the US instead and don't give the Chinese anymore of our money!it is a chinese company! dress is low quality service is bad. do not buy the dress from this company.

I found beformal.com.au with surprise. I buy 3d bedding set from it and it's good quality. I love it.
