I have used Bell twice now, and on both occasions have been very pleased with their level of professionalism and prompt communication. Their reports are promptly prepared and informative. Also, staff were very happy to receive follow-up questions about items noted in the report, and explained any property issues in a clear, non-technical manner which I could understand. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

I recently had a building and pest inspection completed at the house i was purchasing. The inspectors were completely professional and friendly. We are very unhappy with their services. We had an inspection done on a house we were looking at buying. They said it was all fine and built on a slab. We thought otherwise but as they were the 'professionals' we thought they must be right. We bought our house and once we moved in we realised that the house is actually on stumps which weren't checked, half the house is an extension which wasn't mentioned. I called and complained and they said they would rectify the situation. Now everytime I call or email no one gets back to me. We're going to consumer affairs as this is extremely wrong and un professional. Highly reccommend you don't use them.
