My whole family love the big range of high quality frames offered! We have always found a frame that suits each one of us - Kath and Julian take time to make sure we are totally happy. Will never go anywhere else.

Total panic at our place when son, visiting from Hanoi, managed to break his glasses on a Sunday night .. and due to fly interstate for a business meetings two days later.

We figured that Bell Optometrist was the closest place that might be able to deliver in time. And deliver they did.

Julian did the eye-test and had the new glasses delivered and tested within 24 hours of us ordering! Amazing service with a smile.

I have been going to Julian Knott at Bell Optometrists for some time briefly being lured away by 'exclusive deals' by a chain optometrist. There is no substitution for the warmth, efficiency and professionalism of this small practice. Mr Knott has always been open, honest willing to listen and offer metred advice in regard to all my needs. He is compassionate, convivial and jovial always making a visit relaxed and informative. His receptionist is welcoming, warm and friendly. So glad to be back!!

Great service there, got my eyes checked early last year, spot on good! Havent changed my prescription since, but I should go soon to change it! He was very friendly, like his other staff!!

Very friendly, understanding, efficient and very thorough and we like that they have family photos all over the place, though it is still very professional. Diagnosis has always been spot on.
