I really love this gym. Have been going for about 6 weeks, and just starting to notice the benefits. I haven't taken any classes yet but will do in the next couple of weeks yet. Will also consider some personal training somewhere down the line.

I love this gym! No frills in appearance perhaps, but it's a great place to work out, especially if you're not a gym-junkie and just want an inexpensive but nice place to workout. I use the women's-only gym sometimes, as well as the classes. There's a laidback, non-competitive atmosphere which is nice, and the classes are excellent! GREAT value for money - $5 a pop to get in, whether you do a class (try ZUMBA there, best classes around!) or just the regular gym. I love not having to commit to memberships, just paying casually is great.
The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, smiley guys. I've never been upstairs, to the "regular" mixed gym, but I can say the downstairs facilities are nice. Small gym, true. But decent sized group fitness class, with an excellent sprung floor great for dance fitness.

Approximate cost: $5

Spacious gym with a nice variety of equipment. Special ladies gym. Price is reasonable. Will like to see more deals. Stone's throw from both the tram stop and the train station.

Great place to workout. Good range of equipment. There is a separate female workout area as well. There is a leg room downstair and boxing classes are also available. The drawback i saw was a lack of group classes. Quite in expensive to join, so if you are after a gym, but not the classses, definately worth a look.

I became a customer based on previous reviews, and overall I thought the centre was very reasonably priced with good equipment, but not enough group fitness classes unfortunately. Overall, pretty good

Approximate cost: $10

This gym offers a variety of services and caters for everyone!!! When I was younger I did work experience here and found the atmosphere to be great!! The staff are friendly and genuinly care for the clients. The equipment is modern and cater for newbies as well as body builders!!

This is a great gym depending on what you're looking for. There's a separate chicks area if you don't want blokes staring at you while you sweat it out. The gym is more tailored towards boys who wanna get big so you can expect a few meatheads, but most are friendly and I've never had a problem with anyone there. They have a separate boxing ring which is great if you need it. There's also a small room downstairs that's dedicated to leg workouts. This place is always empty as the meatheads don't care about their legs. I couldn't give the gym a higher rating because it is quite small for my liking. Get's ridiculously busy during peak hours, especially in summer. Membership prices are fairly cheap compared to other gyms.

My sister did her work experience here a few years ago! I've been to this gym, they have great facilities. and for a little price! Friendly staff! Also it has a great location, as many people go up and down bell st.

I think Bell st is a great gym as it caters to every body from all walks of life. Wether you are a woman who wants privacy in the ladies only gym, cardio equipment and aerobics, or a man who is into fitness and body building there is an extensive range of weights, equipment and products. There is also a boxing/kickboxing area which I love. Oh and the aerobics instructers are awsome!! and everyone is very friendly! love it

This gym is an old-styled gym that accommodates both male and females. It is suited mainly for the so called "Big Boys". The service is generally pretty good, but there are times where service is lack-luster. Gym membership is cheap and is worth the money. People are friendly and are willing to help and assist you.
