They offer the most up to date equipment. The staff are extremely friendly and are happy to help. They have a lot of services such as a ladies gym and also cater for the guys that are into body building. The owner was a body builder and was Mr Melbourne

I think most people know this gym. People are very friendly at the desk, and they offer a great range of services, from ladies gym, personal training, aerobics, and more. The ladies gym is good although i believe it lacks the same equipment as the main gym has. I find it alittle intimidating working out in the main gym, as there are alot of men with great bodies. But that would just be a personal thing. but great all round gym
