I had an unbelievable experience with the staff at the Chadstone counter for Bella Pierre. I wanted to purchase a mineral foundation and was treated terribly on two separate occasions.

The first man I spoke with was condescending and when questioning my skincare routine, implied that I was clueless and insisted the products I use have ingredients that i told him they did not. He kept rolling his eyes, giving me the impression he thought I was an idiot and he knows best, even though my products are supplied to me by a paramedical skin therapist who I am sure knows more about skincare than this makeup artist.

The second time I passed the counter I was pulled over by a woman who after a short discussion, became extremely angry at me as I asked questions and had reservations about purchasing the product. She became so threatening, yelling at me "you don't think I know this product? Why is it not good enough for you?" I felt so uncomfortable that I walked away with her still yelling at me as I left.

Have written a complaint letter as I cannot believe the outrageous manner of the staff. Have never come across an angry bully working in retail before!!
