I came here using a Groupon voucher for a balayage, cut, shampoo and blowdry. The voucher cost $59 and with long hair plus needing toner, I paid a surcharge of $55. So $114 in total.

I am happy with the final result and the process all went smoothly. I didn't really need too much balayage as I had colour on the ends of my hair already, but Jordan, my hairdresser, suggested foils around my face, while darkening some of my ends so that the final colour would look more blended. It turned out well.

Jordan was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable and aware of the time things would take and the process we would go through.

The salon is beautiful and spacious, and the rest of the staff are also friendly.

Their usual prices are on the high side, but if you don't mind paying for luxury and a well done hair cut and colour, then this is a good place to come.

They also provide a loyalty card, so if you visit multiple times you get a discount.

Another important thing that I like about the products they use (Wella), is that they are not tested on animals.

I came to this small sushi bar to buy lunch. They have a $9 lunch special, which includes 2 options with rice or noodles. I choose potato noodles, mixed vegetables and white rice. It is a reasonable price for the amount of food you get. I was disappointed with the potato noodles because they seemed to be drenched with oil. I would have liked more flavour achieved with herbs rather than through cooking with so much oil. I think buying 3 vegetable sushi rolls for $3 each would have been a better way to spend my money here.

I went here for business training. It's quite an old place that needs sprucing up. The chairs are old and need replacing with nicer looking ones. However, it is an adequate place to have a function.

This is a well designed and comfortable RSL Club. I've been here for training for business and had lunch at the Cafe nad Brasserie, which have the same menu. As a vegan, options were very limited, with even the vegetarian burger having egg in the patty and the soup of the day having dairy in it. However, I was able to request a vegan spaghetti, and had a side of rice with it to fill me up further. They were willing to accommodate my request, to my appreciation.

This is the best value vegan meal you can buy when eating out. My husband and I came to the Market and were so happy to find this stall. Everything is vegan and under $10 for a super filling and tasty meal.

I used Jetstar to fly from Sydney to Adelaide earlier this year. For a budget airline, everything went smoothly. There is no on board entertainment unless you pay for it, but for a short flight, it's easy to entertain yourself if you have your own devices or book to read. One of the flights was delayed by a few hours, but I received an SMS warning so there was no inconvenience caused.

I tried Airbnb.com for the first time last summer to book places to stay in Adelaide, and also in Sydney. Both experiences were great. In Adelaide we stayed with a lovely couple in Wayville, which was close enough to the city to walk 30 minutes or cycle 10 minutes to get into the city. The booking experience was very simple, with prices and photos being easily accessed. I would use this service again for future holidays. It's a very smart concept.

My husband and I hired hybrid bikes from here for 11 days, for $10 a day each. The longer you hire, the cheaper the rate. Bikes came with locks, helmets and optional baskets. Hire process was quite easy and we were able to pump the tires with air first before leaving. Only problem was that the seats were very hard and uncomfortable for us, and we had to buy some seat covers from another store to help remedy this.

I ordered a toasted sandwich and a smoothie from here, while my husband ordered a veggie burger that came with potato chips. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here. We sat outdoors, but you also have the option to sit inside. The veggie burger my husband had was very tasty. It was made with natural ingredients and didn't try to be a fake meat burger. Price is also reasonable for lunch.

This place has a wide variety of vegan desserts and grocery items. Most things here are very tasty, but just a warning: don't buy the brownies that are not made by the Green Gourmet company because they aren't nice (according to my husband). More choice of desserts here than in the dessert section of Green Gourmet in St Leonard's.
