I have been to many bridal shops while looking for my wedding dress and the staff here were by far the friendliest I came across. They were more then happy to assist me while trying on several gowns . Because I was planning a wedding on a low budget but my dress that I liked best was rather expensive they were more then happy to extend my lay by period . They also have a huge range of dresses , veils and other wedding needs. The staff were very knowledgable and very informative about sizing and adjustments . They even gave us a few pointers for other places to shop at to get other items for our wedding . 10 out of 10

I got my wedding dress from this store and couldnt have been happier with it. I wasnt entirely sure at first what i wanted, so the staff were so helpful letting me try on a few to get an idea. I found the one i wanted and booked in for a fitting a month later. I had 3 fittings in total and was very happy with the whole process.

When picking my wedding dress I went to many bridal wear places, but this was by far the best service and range and price in Newcastle. The staff still can't do enough for me and they made the sale 6 months ago. They have got me samples of the fabrics and ribbons and are always happy to help.
