Visiting on a midweek lunch we were seated and served quite quickly, the kids got colouring in books and crayons to keep them busy so that was a bonus. I ordered a chicken salad that came out in a big tortilla basket, the menu said it had a spicy sauce but i didnt find it that hot at all. We used a buy one get one free meal coupon out of the entertainment booklet and they happily accepted.

What a difference a refurbishment can make, the seats are now plush and comfy and the staff are either new or have had a change of heart because it was a good experience this time around. The price was comparable as you would expect. Still the only letdown with the refurbishments is the loo's they need a facelift.

Great little salon, the staff are friendly and very efficient. Make you feel at home. The products they use for dyes are good too as my hair throws a red tinge when blonded but because they use green based products the colour turned out great

Rainy night and on a wednesday so there was hardly anyone around, we walked straight up to order and by the time we sat down and had a sip of our drinks the meals were ready. Such quick service and the meals were so tasty. $20 for a full serve of ribs and chips that is value.

Wasnt a great start to the day to realise that it was going to cost us over $60 for 2 adults and one toddler, the guy charged us $14 for a toddler when kids under 3 are meant to be free. The park was nice and clean and the keepers were out and about. There was only 1 talk/show on, the penguins whilst we were there and it was pretty basic stuff. There best parts were the wombats in the mine cave and the feeding of the kangaroos and wallabies. It wasnt as hands on or interactive as i had hoped like some other zoo's and wildlife parks but was still a fun family morning.

New Years day and wanting a late breakfast we walked past and seen the lovely food on people plates and decided to try get a table. It was fully booked however we were told that we could wait on the couch inside till a table became available. It only took 5 minutes and we had a table. I ordered a vegetarian big breaky and hubby got a traditional big breaky. The cafe does eat in as well as take away so i was expecting a bit of a wait but it arrived hot withing 20minutes. $18 for a vegetarian breaky a little bit pricy but it was very tasty and had really fresh produce. Would definately go here again

Driving past on a Monday and noticed that their electronic sign had "12 steak and snitzels tonight" so we booked a table and came back at tea time ready to order. The staff member informed us that infact that deal isnt on till Tuesday. We complained to management and she said, so what do you want me to do about it. Very poor management skills! With hungry bellies to fill we just went to order something off the regular menu only to be told there is at least an hour wait on meals. We did wait it out and it was regular pub grub, tasty ribs and chips.

We booked for 2 weeks over christmas new years and were excited to spend it right on the beach. On arrival the apartment was dirty the carpets hadnt been cleaned and the benches in the kitchen were sticky. It was a 30+ degree day when we got there an there was no air-conditioning either. The view from the apartment was the only saviour. On the fourth night we were there running water for the kids to have a bath and the water coming out of the tap had brown bits all in it and the water was a muddy colour. I will not be staying here again.

We stopped on here for a quick bite to eat when travelling and the place is a hidden gem. From the freeway it just looks like a little shanty but when you walk around the back its a big open and inviting area. The menu looked tasty and the fish and chips i ordered were so succulent. Hoki fillets were flaking apart. The seafood on offer at the counter is fresh and the meals came out in good timing even though the cafe was jam packed.

Approximate cost: $12

The place was jam packed when we went there on boxing day. Lined up and not too long for service but the price was far too much. it was just over $19 for 2 pies and a soft drink. Whilst the cheese and bacon pies did taste nice they certainly werent worth that much. They were just a standard pie you would get in any bakery.
