Found the staff excellent. Took our little cat there, unfortunately she didn’t make it, but Richard tried so hard to save her.

If you have a pocket pet, I highly recommend you avoid Richard. Our rat had a mammary tumor, told vet it was not a cyst (as we know this from previous experience). Anyway the fool operates on our beloved raticus, puts a tube in to apparently drain this non existent cyst which was acttually a mamary tumor and returns the rat to us. Poor raticus. As tumor continues to grow, we contact vet and have to pay for surgery all over again to have the actual removal of tumor. As we had sold our possessions to pay for this costly surgery, we could not afford the cost a second correct procedure. Raticus had to be put down. So sad. We should not of had to pay again, since vet was an idiot, even though we said it was not a cyst as we treat our rats ourselves when they have cysts.

Staff at this vet clinic are very kind and helpful with advice. We're more than happy to point me in the right direction for a local dog trainer and even have me some samples of a premium dog food for my little puppy :) very happy

A friend recommended Belmont Vet Clinic after my dog had passed away and I was looking for a way to have him cremated. Their staff were so caring while I went through this difficult time. The service was professional, and I was very pleased with the choices offered. They even sent a sympathy card with a beautiful poem.

So glad you had a pleasant experience at this Vet. I have found the staff very friendly also and also the vet who attended my pet. However, I came out feeling judged when I had my pet put down before embarking on a huge medical cycle that would not have increased his quality of life. I feel the outcome would have been different if I had heaps of money to spend on the treatment.

I have been with this vet for over 20 years. They have given continuous good care and offered financial support so I could pay bills off as it was difficult at all times to pay the lump sum. They were wonderful after my beautiful burmese kitten, Lucy, had to be put to sleep after getting renal failure. They made me feel it wasn't my fault and sent me a beautiful card afterwards. I really appreciated their care.

friendly, helpful reception staff, clever compassionate vets and assisting staff, giving helpful information and sample pack for kittens and guidelines for future treatment and how to keep pets in optimum health. Once rang and asked receptionist advice about my cat and got free advice and reassurance over the phone that saved me any stress about my cat's health and saved a visit to the vets.

Approximate cost: $90
