Great experience, chef standard food and excellent house wine. A Gem for the Belmont region. Its only problem is is is half way down the hill and it was there for a long time before I noticed.

I just bought a Fujitsu split system airconditioner. Service and price were fantastic. And to add to the pleasant experience, it was installed very professionally by Good Guys contractors two days later. Well done for a slick running business.

The best quality groomers in Geelong. I especially thank Narelle for her kindness to my dog, Nelson and myself over many years. When I wasn't able to drive she would come and pick Nelson up and return him. It is more than a business to this family. They are passionate about providing excellent care to their animal clientelle.

The food and coffee is great but also it is a wonderful cafe nestled in the community which brings the community together. It is a wonderful place to meet with your local community and the atmosphere is conducive to this. Well done girls!

What makes Mitre 10, Faggs, stand out is their service. There is always someone who happily answers your questions. The environment is friendly, well organised and warm - unlike some other hardware stores. The plants are also beautiful all year round. Good on you Faggs!
I have been with this vet for over 20 years. They have given continuous good care and offered financial support so I could pay bills off as it was difficult at all times to pay the lump sum. They were wonderful after my beautiful burmese kitten, Lucy, had to be put to sleep after getting renal failure. They made me feel it wasn't my fault and sent me a beautiful card afterwards. I really appreciated their care.
Thanks to these wonderful vets for helping save kittens through their adoption program. They ensure they are neutered, vaccinated and wormed before they go to their new homes. The kitten I received, they had put extra money and time into her giving her antibiotics after an infection. They ensured she didn't go to her new home until she was well. Good on you for encouraging responsibility in our community.

Yes, it is great you don't have to make an appointment. But it is very stressful to have to wait in one of those sterile, cold, cubicles until the vet can see you. My pet was totally stressed by that time and so was as I could hear the sounds of animals crying out nearby. The best thing is not having to make appointments.
