I go here very regularly and it is always a good experience. The front counter staff are great and friendly (and actually remember everyone by first name, so you feel very welcomed) and the physios are all very friendly and positive. My regular physio is very good and has a great bed-side manner which is very comforting during those painful moments. A great place to go

Never been to a physio before so wasn't sure what to expect. Front counter staff are extremely warm and friendly. Physio I had was awesome. Very funny and friendly and got laughs out of me even while I was wincing from him manipulating the painful spots in my neck. Gave my husband some acupuncture too which has helped him greatly. Most of money I spent was able to be claimed back and they have HICAPS there so you can just swipe your card if you have one. Payment required after claiming was only around 15.00. Professional people yet casual friendly atmosphere. If you give them your mobile they will text you a reminder when it is day of appointment. Worked wonders, couldn't recommend them enough.

The receptionists are very welcoming and helpful. The physio is extremely thorough. He explained everything before he did anything, which was fantastic, made my daughter feel very comfortable. The treatment alleviated her headaches.
