This is truly an old fashion good customer service Bank with a great community spirit. No automated answering service here either, just a good cheerfull "Hello" from a very friendly staff member. Nothing ever seems too much trouble for these people. Always make you feel that You and your business is very important. Many dealing with this Bank over the years. Remember the days when you knew your Bank Managers name ?? well " a Merry Christmas message " is sent to all Chris Fenaughty's customers. ( A nice touch !)
