This is truly an old fashion good customer service Bank with a great community spirit. No automated answering service here either, just a good cheerfull "Hello" from a very friendly staff member. Nothing ever seems too much trouble for these people. Always make you feel that You and your business is very important. Many dealing with this Bank over the years. Remember the days when you knew your Bank Managers name ?? well " a Merry Christmas message " is sent to all Chris Fenaughty's customers. ( A nice touch !) Couldn't recommend this branch highly enough.

I was at fault in an intersection collision in August 09. I rang RACV only once and not knowing the procedure was told not to do anything more and that " they would handle every aspect of my claim "and " that's what you pay insurance for". Once my car was repaired they rang me to see if I was happy & satisfied with the result. I didn't have to chase up or stress about anything. Highly recommended.

A Great atmosphere in this salon, felt the vibe' as soon as I walked in the door. Nothing was too much trouble I got the very real sense that all these girls are "in love with Hair Dressing" as is their young male boss. Total professionals, even the younger ones ! Whilst siting in a vibrating chair, one of the lovely young girls sent me to sleep with a fantastic scalp massage while washing my hair then I was talked with at length so I was very clear on what to expect from colours & cut to products & maintenance. There is a wide screen TV with 'Fashion Shows from Milan To Paris so if you see something that inspires you "tell them"!. This whole salon ( not just the award winners !) know & care a great deal about what they are doing. They appear Artistic, Innovative, Talented, Knowledgeable, & Up to date. Their focus on client service & satisfaction seems paramount ! I walked out A New Woman. A fabulous experience for Guys and Girls.

Mechanics" What Mechanics !?! These blokes have been called the "Dodgy Brothers" for years. Nice as pie, very obliging fellas but thank goodness I woke up to them some years ago before a routine service near turned into a write off when even the small things were dodgy, like charging for new spark plugs when all they did was sandpaper the old ones, leaving the fan belt off & loosing the oil dip stick. They were fine for getting fuel and having a chat but that's about it. Note they have moved to Nepean H'way Carrum
