The Bendigo Bank has gone voucherless. No more standing there trying to remember your account numbers and filling in slips of paper - just stand at the counter and get served. The staff are really friendly and often get greeeted by first name. They will do anything to help you out. No scary counters with massive screens or long queues - a low level counter where you get to speak to a real person! Low fees and reasonable rates means this is my first bank of choice.
