We have had our blinds from RKCM for 2 years now. We had a great selection of fabrics to choose from and fantastic service (who also arrived on time). The making of the blinds were conducted in the timeframe specified and fitted within good time as well. Our quotation was performed by the owner of the business and was also fitted by him which meant the (Roman and Holland) blinds fitted perfect first time. He also gave us great ideas on how to furnish oversize and difficult windows - which now look A1. We could not be happier. The quote we received had no hidden extras and have quality fittings without the ridiculous price tag (we were quoted some $3,000 more by two other large curtain sellers.) It pays to go local!

With 30 odd rooms this lovely smaller resort offers all you could possibly need for your holiday either as a couple or family. We have stayed here for years now. There are two tennis courts, squash court, a great swimming pool, spa and plenty of lounge area, a number of BBQs and outdoor settings. There is internet access as well as a games room. I think best of all despite its great rooms is its location. Right between Noosa Junction and Noosa Heads (Hastings Street) this is perfectly placed to be able to walk the baordwalk each day to the beach or go and do some more affordable grocery shopping down in the Junction. Lots of great eating places if you didn't want ot cook. But relaly once the shopping is done you really dont have to do a thing if you dont want to. The staff are fantastic and will go out of their way to meet your needs. Off peak rates are very affordable and as a timeshare is well priced. There is always the odd Share available for purchase. We haven't regretted ours for a minute.

I have used a number of iron on and vinyl school labels but these are by far the best. I have found the iron on labels if applied correctly do not budge even put through warm washes and drycleaning. There is even a method of getting them off (without damaging the garment) when you need to sell second hand uniforms. Their mini pencil labels stay fast and the prices are excellent in comparison to their competitors. If you spend more than $20 in labels you get free postage and handling. Same applies when you spend more than $50 on wall art. Very happy with the service and products so no need to change.

I dont use spas as a rule but do use them when I recieve a voucher - so that is now my standard gift for my birthday or mothers day. The rooms are a great size, clean, well appointed and very calming. The service I have received is second to none whether it be for remedial massage or relaxation. The staff are super friendly and well skilled in my experience. I find the prices a tad high but at least you do get great service. I have not purchased the products they sell here because I have sensitive skin - having said that I have never had a reaction to the products they have used in their standard service. So I'm hanging out for my next voucher now!

On the whole this business really does care about its customers. There is none of that competitive levelling that can occur at other swim schools. You child gets a certificate based on their personal ability. They are placed in a group which will challenge them to be their best at each class. Upset children are catered for quite well with additional staff in the pool to help the struggling youngsters. Small class sizes ensures your child gets enough individual attention. I have had both my children got there form 9 months of age (with the mum and bub classes) right through to the independent classes where they are mastering stroke technique. Swimming is one of the more expensive activities that your child can be involved with – this school has average market prices but their facilities are always clean and well maintained. We see it as an investment in their wellbeing, safety and self confidence.

I'm not fond of dentists so trying to find a new one was difficult. I have not turned back since I found this one. Although slightly pricey I have not been disappointed with the service. My children get free checkups every six months. When my son knocked his front teeth and they were bleeding they squeezed him in for x-rays straight away. When I've had odd tooth problems they assess your pain requirements quickly and put you in at the first available opportunity. I have had teeth filled where other dentists have wanted to pull them out, I have always requested the strong dose of pain relief due to my fear of pain and they have always complied with my requests. I see the owner Elias and I am more than comfortable that he does not request any tests or x-rays without good reason. Remember even if a dentist requests x-rays every 2 years you are the one paying so if you can't afford it then just don't do it! I have recommended this dentist to all of my friends.

My son had his 7th birthday as a pool party and I was extremely happy. We had up to four lifeguards during the party for around 15 children. The hour and half party was jam packed - with inflatable obstacle course on a scale you cant even imagine, volleyball, whirlpool, relay races and other such activities. The staff went to a great dseal of effort to make sure the kids felt safe and encouragesd those that were more timid (or younger). They always had the childrens safety in mind. We self catered so did not have the catering expense so made this a very affordable "class party". My daughter cant wait to have her party there as even she said it was the best she had been to. And the best part is for the older children they can then ride on the giant slides and raft tube due their entry having already been paid as a party guest.

My children have improved their coordination skills no end. The coaches go to a great deal of effort to get to know your children and find the right coach and group for your child. If you want a competitive environment the coaches will happily put you on to the comps circuit but for those just wanting to learn skills in a supportive environment it is just the thing. The club runs the Top Shots prgoram for littlies (starting at age 4 or so) right through to the more experienced campaigners. They understand kids have bad weeks and also know how to motivate them when needed. I'm so glad I found this club - it truly does provide something for everyone in the family no matter what skill level you have. It also is a very friendly environment.

I had a violin I needed transported from QLD to VIC. Needless to say I was a bit nervous about using a courier to transport such an item. The violin was dropped off in case and Pack & Send did the rest. They packaged and transported to Vic in what was excellent time. It was dropped off on the Friday and arrived on the Monday afternoon. The violin was just like I had picked it up from a local shop. Needed a little tuning but that was to be expected. Like most couriers you do get charged a bit for the service (especially packaging) but as the item arrived quickly and in excellent condition I certainly got what I paid for (which included packaging, sending and insurance). The customer service by Maria was excellent and so was the communication - I received a quote on a Sunday - can't fault that. Would definitely use again. (I have used Pack &Send previously in Victoria with similar level of satisfaction)

I was suprised to find that not all optometrists are created equal. For only $90 you can be trained to put in your own contacts! They will give you as many sessions as it takes to be able to put them in and take them out on your own. They are extremely patient too - this is coming from someone who has trouble applying eye liner! They have a great range of frames although starting to get a tad pricey (or maybe that is just my taste). They do have full sets from around $99 though. But the service is simply fantastic. I have been to a lot of stores in the past but these guys are worth travelling to. Just next to Coles at Eden Rise.
