I was initially quite happy with their service but they have slipped of recent times, and some staff need to go back to training as they either do not know the answers to the questions or appear uncertain and do not instill me with confidence.On occasions when I felt they maybe wrong and have checked with head office enquiries I have found they had given me wrong information.Some staff are excellent, others not good at all.
The service is quick though, no long lines.
Some fees too high.

Just the best, wonderful staff who are knowledgeable about their products, always happy to help and make you feel important as a customer (not like most banks!)

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER AND STAFF VERY POLITE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL ALWAYS HELPING THE COMMUNITY ALWAYS ABLE TO TALK TO AND APPROACH THE STAFF WITHOUT THEM SELLING YOU SOMETHING. KNOW ME BY NAME NOT A NUMBER
