Well organised customer service.
I had a difficult problem and it was handled quickly and efficiently.
The staff are friendly and welcoming.
Came highly recommended by a friend and they weren't wrong.The mechanic found my problem quickly and I thought their charges were VERY reasonable. I have since gone back with
another car and they did the service very quickly.i find them reliable and professional
I was initially quite happy with their service but they have slipped of recent times, and some staff need to go back to training as they either do not know the answers to the questions or appear uncertain and do not instill me with confidence.On occasions when I felt they maybe wrong and have checked with head office enquiries I have found they had given me wrong information.Some staff are excellent, others not good at all.
The service is quick though, no long lines.
Some fees too high.
The main vet is very quietly spoken, gentle sort of man but very thorough and caring towards the pets and very friendly and courteous to the owners.
The boarding facilities for the cats is marvellous.
It would be handy to be open more hours though.
But overall a well run vet practice.
Always a good standard for the food, although would like a couple more vegetarian selections.
Food is cooked freshand kitchen looks nice and clean. Service is quick and staff friendly and polite.
Drinks are not expensive.
Highly reccommend this place.Always somewhere to park but close to Banksia Station for public transport.

The chap who runs the business is friendly and knowledgeable.
He even makes shoes. Clever fellow!!
The staff are very friendly as are the dentists.Rooms very nice, and the latest equipment.Not overly expensive BUT sometimes the work done does not last very long and has to be redone.Could pay a little more attention to the quality of the work.
I enjoy the opportunity to give my opinion and pouint of view on a whole range of subjects,products and businesses but the rewards are not generous for the time taken to complete a survey.I think they need to increase the benefits to members.
The turnover of vets is a worry here. You dont often get to see the same vet each visit.I prefer the vet to know me,my pet and and for me to know the vet.
Their charges are higher than most vet clinics for the corresponding service.
So they need to reduce their prices and have a permanent team of vets.
The cages for boarding the cats are too small.
I can honestly say this is the VERY best boarding facility I have ever used. The care and attention the dogs get is amazing.They are willing to take dogs with medical conditions that need medication etc and they give all the dogs in their care the same love and attention they give their own pets.
The dogs get to roam around during the day in lovely yards and regular supervised exercise periods.All the other dogs seemed so happy the days we went to drop off and pick up.
NO small cages used here.
I can highly reccommend this place.
Well worth long drive out there.
They do offer a taxi service if you prefer that.
