Expensive compared to other dry cleaners. My tie had a mark on it so I took it in to be dry-cleaned. When I picked it up the mark was still there, when I queried it the lady was apologetic but said that it was my responsibility to let them know of any marks so that they could remove them. This may be the case but I feel that if they are cleaning the clothes they should be looking at them and noticing obvious marks and stains.
