There is a lot to see and do at the Bendigo Pottery. We went here in the school holidays and had fun exploring the old pottery equipment in the museum - wood fired ovens/kilns and various tools, looking through the displays of modern art and pottery, wandering through the gift shop with all of the hand made bowls, containers, dishes and vases. They have clay throwing/pottery lessons which was definitely an experience and appealed to the kids and attracted an audience. The morning was finished off with lunch in the little cafe - the homemade sausage roll was scrumptious!!!!

Approximate cost: $8.00
