With my work I do a lot of standing so I suffer from very sore shoulders. In particular I was suffering from an ache in the right shoulder that was so bad it would keep me awake at night. Chiropractic and other massage therapies were not effective and I found there was a LOT of follow up visits. This was both costly time consuming and very frustrating. Ben diagnosed the problem as a rib being out of place and fixed it straight away and I could sleep again! Not to mention all the other things that were out of place! I recommend Ben to anybody who has these sorts of problems. Now if i have any soreness I will always go back to Ben.

Being pregnant meant that Ben was quite limited in ways to get me to lay down and position myself for the massage, but he worked around that and made me feel at ease and very relaxed.
