I went to Ben’s Nails & Beauty for the first time today to get a pedicure. I couldn’t be happier! The staff were super friendly and the nice lady who did my nails took her time to make sure they looked perfect. It didn’t feel rushed and I felt very pampered. I’ve booked in for next weekend to get a shellac manicure. A big thanks to Ben and his team for giving me such a good experience. Audrey

Booked a spa pedi. Spa didn't work. Massage chair didn't work. Messed up the colours so we just got close enough. Nails not sealed at end. Poor paint job. And made my cuticles bleed. Not recommended at all. The worst pedi I've ever had, at $50. Very disappointed.

They always ask if you are happy before leaving and whenever an issue arises - which is rare - I am completely satisfied with the resolution!! Try it, you won't go anywhere else... But be sure to book because they're so good ..and so popular!

I'm really fussy about my nails. It's the one of the first things that people notice about you. I've tried loads of local nail salons until a friend of mine referred me to Ben. He is fantastic. He really tries to make sure that you're happy at the end of the work. The girls working there are super friendly and do a great job as well. I would recommend making an appointment, so that you aren't waiting, particularly on the weekend, cause it gets really busy.

I walked into Ben's Salon pretty much within the first week he opened. From that first minute he was so friendly and and so were the girls there. I had been solon hopping for quite some time looking for somewhere that I could get my nails done and be sure it was heigenic and get wonderful nails as well!!! I found it ! Ben's Salon....I got the most natural looking nails, amazing nail art work, and every piece of equipment he used was sterilized before he used it. Those nails lasted me 4 weeks, without a crack, chip, lifting or even chipped nail polish....it was the greatest job I'd ever seen!!!! I got pedicures done where the girls were friendly and always asking if everything was ok and did I like it. So six years later I'm still there every month getting my nails done !!!!
