I first tried this place to get a pedicure in Dec 2010, I went in on a weekday afternoon and waited maybe 10-15 minutes before they could help me. The pedicure I had was amazing and probably the best I had in Sydney. The staff was friendly and took extra care and gave me a lovely massage. I thought this place was superb! I came back a few more times to get manicures and eyebrow waxes and the service was alright (but not like the first time). The last time I came which made me not to go back is when I had an eyebrow was and the staff waxing dripped wax on my eyelid and didn't even say sorry and when finished I was left in the room so I had to peel of the wax on my lids and they kept checking on me trying to rush me out. Didn't come back again after that- unfortunately service has deteriorated in the past year. I know go to Sexy Nails which is across the road the people are nicer there!

Ive tried lots of nail salons in the area and Ben's is by far the best. There work is outstanding The team are very friendly and never forget a face. I wont get my nails done anywhere else.Thanx Ben!
