Needed a lounge suite cleaned so Googled upholstery cleaners. Decided on Bensons after reading all the excellent reviews. Roger was in touch to book my job in soon after I put an email request in for a quote. He contacted me again on the day of cleaning to confirm his arrival time, both by text and with a phone call. Roger was friendly, punctual and got on with the job of cleaning the settee and chairs which were quite grubby and hadn't been cleaned since recovering about 10 years ago. He explained that some stains were quite fixed, and that I might expect some fading of the upholstery so I had a realistic expectation of the result. Very happy with the job and the service. I'm sure I will use Bensons again, and would recommend Bensons / Roger to anyone needing upholstery cleaned.
