Scott cleaned my carpets today. I had dog urine and marks in the carpet from puppies I had just bred. Before contacting Scott I contacted several other cleaners and none were as courteous or as knowledgeable as Scott was. My carpet is a light cream colour and he did a fantastic job getting the stains out. Very professional very easy to deal with and willing to make sure I was happy with the result. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thoroughly recommend Scott for any of your cleaning needs.

I recently had Benson's cleaning service to clean my tiles and grout. They did a brilliant job. My floors look like new. They were very courteous and I would have them to clean them again and also to clean my leather lounges.

Great Result. Great Service. I chose Bensons based on a recommendation from another carpet cleaning company as they could only do carpet and not tiles. I guess if the industry recommends you, you are doing something right.

I called Scott at 9am with a carpet cleaning job - our dog had been unwell and made terrible mess on the carpet. Scott was very understanding and was at my house within hours and cleaned the whole mess. There was no mucking about - delivered on the quoted price and did a great job. Great communication and knowledge. Professional. On time. Did a great job and took the time needed to do a great job cleaning our much loved couch that has suffered the brunt of children. Bensons had attended our place years ago to clean a brand new mattress that my child had spilt milk on, completely eliminating the odour and the mattress was again as new. I trust this company for their expertise and trust them in my home.
