I lived in a rental house for a year. When I moved in the carpets had stains all over them even though the agent advised the carpets had been professionally steam cleaned before I moved in. When I moved out of the property, I got Bensons to clean the carpets. They came up better than I ever could have imagined. All the stains were gone. Scott made a time to suit us despite being busy. He arrived on time and got on with the job working carefully and thoroughly to produce an excellent result on our wool carpet. He is a skilled operator, uses first class equipment and is a nice, polite man.

Great service and a thorough, professional job. Our house looks clean and fresh now, I didn't even know the couch could be that colour!!

We'very had Bensons come to clean our couches and carpets before, but this time it was a difficult case of 'Toddler with black felt tip pen versus cream microfiber couch'

He booked us in quickly, came when he said he would, was lovely and polite, but got to work on the, shall we call it "artwork".

I was a bit worried about whether it would come off, as there is no guarantee, but he worked hard and used all his knowledge, and was able to get rid of all the pen marks!! Our couch looks great!

So 2 pieces of advice:
1) Hire Bensons if you need your carpets or couch cleaned, especially if it is something tricky. They are fab.
2) don't buy a cream coloured couch if you plan on having children!

I was pulling up my current flooring and i found some mould under the flooring so i caled Bensons cleaning and they where extremely helpful over the phone even though it was a public hoilday, i would definately recconmend them.

Scott has cleaned the carpets in our apartment and our fabric car seats on many occasions and the quality and service has always been exceptional. Highly recommended!!
