THIS. This is how a salon visit should be. Warmly greeted, a stylist that listens and enjoys what she does. An atmosphere full of women enjoying themselves. I couldn't have asked for a better time. From the biscuit and coffee, to the charming conversation. Finally found my new hair home. Thank you SO much Holly!! Whole heartedly recommend this mecca of beauty for anyone looking for expertly done hair!

The girls at Berdi are so friendly and down to earth. I love the atmosphere and the result of my hair every time I walk out the door, feeling a million bucks!

I asked for a mid brown colour that would be a few shades darker than my natural hair colour. I mentioned that my hair takes colour very fast and that my hair turned black the last time I got it coloured at another salon. After the dye was put through my hair the hairdresser left me unattended and did not check the colour, finally another hairdresser took me to get my hair washed, but it was too late and my hair was already black. I had to get my hair bleached to take some of the colour out, however my hair was still very dark after this. Overall I am very disappointed especially after being recommended to go there.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. After a disaster hair colour they refused to fix my hair unless I paid to have it done! NEVER GO TO BERDIE!!!
