Today I picked up my Jeep Wrangler and I couldn't praise or thank Jeep Berwick enough! I bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd from these guys. First up, the car is brilliant, and I have no regrets in choosing Jeep. The salesman was great and really helped me get into the car with the right advice and did me a great deal. So far so good...I had a couple of early, very minor warranty issues and this is where it got frustrating. I had to get the car to these guys 5 times to have a little job fixed properly...and I really felt that they were screwing me around....everything has been OK since that early issue...but the taste remains.

Same thing here. My Car has been back numerous times for relatively simple issues. Great friendly sales team and staff, but the actual work in service centre I found quite poor. Times I have they car fixed only to get 500m down the road to find same noise etc. Was just lucky all was done under warranty!
