Well what can I say?! My experience with Mitsubishi Berwick has been amazing! After all that I had been through leading up to needing to buy a car, the last thing I wanted to do was go through the hassels of dealing with another carsalesman. My last experience (with another company) was not a pleasant one at all.
But as soon as I walked in the Berwick dealership I was pleasantly surprised by their warm welcome and genuine hospitality. They greeted and treated me like a human not a number! From the start to the drive away of my beautiful ASX they really did treat me like family and looked after me. Not only did they look after me but they also looked after my mum who was there with me in every visit. A very big thank you to Michael and the lovely Sharni. They were just so nice and professional to me and I felt a sense of teamwork there that I highly recommend going to this branch. Every one there really look after their clients really well. Thsnk you Mitsubishi Berwick! My mum will come and buy hers soon!
