Fraudulent! Paid $175 on Sunday for them to do guess work on my cat who had been limping, only for his paw to get worse after the appointment.
She clearly had no idea what was wrong and just decided to give a random injection. Went back today and the two ladies on tonight laughed at the fact that we complained about what happened and even stated themselves that their co worker only “thought” that she knew what was wrong. It is not your job as a VET to THINK, it is your job to KNOW!

The vets here are very professional and highly trained. I am always happy to take my pets here as I am comfortable with the vets treating them. They have performed many successful surgeries on my pets

I have taken my dog here on the odd occasion and they have been great. I have called up and have been seen straight away. The service is great and treat my dog well. Great value for money.

My experience was of a very high standard w/ exceptional care displayed from both the nursing staff & vet towards my pet ferret.
Post his surgery I received follow up phone calls and a lot of valuable information for the ongoing care.
I would highly recommend to all my friends esp now that Clyde Rd is up and running and you can access them directly from the traffic lights.

Approximate cost: $300

Very competent and professional vets. Not cheap though, but most people are willing to pay for pets they love. Convenient location. They are the only vets I would use in the are as I don't want to risk a lower rate service

We recently had our dog stay at a kennel and came back to our dog having caught Kennel Cough. One phone call to this vet clinic and my concern was taken seriously despite my current dog never having visited the clinic. My dog got a very quick appointment, was quaranteend quickly, got assessed on a general level as well as the cough concerns addressed. The nurses and vet were well mannered, explained everything thoroughly and never talked down to me as the pet owner. The inspection of the dog was very thorough and she is finally on the mend. The kindness and mannerism of the staff put my dog at ease and she soon relaxed to not stress too much in the surgery. I do have a problem paying more for a dog than a human doctor visit but the staff actually provided a service that matched the fees they charged.

This use to be by far the best vets to go to when they first stared their business. We have since taken our business elsewhere. We found that we were no longer getting the owners (who are very good vets) or more experienced vets and getting very young vets just out of school treating our animals at the same rate as getting an experienced vet. They are very friendly and helpful there but in the past they have done unessential operations on our dog not once but twice and are extremely expensive. I no longer recommend this vet hospital and actually advise people to go elsewhere. Its a no go from me, sorry.

Approximate cost: $100 - thousands

Looked after my dog very well, ran all the appropriate tests before doing the op, my dog seemed to be happy but the cost was a little more than expected

Approximate cost: $400

They have always fixed our pets up properly. No shortcuts are taken. They are quite expensive, but it is worth paying for quality treatment for you best friends
