Make sure you check your receipts, notorious over chargers (by mistake) after snatching too much money off the counter that I had laid down in order to balance beloved pooch/purse/bags etc.....had to ask for $20 back that I was intending to put back in my purse. Blink and I would have missed that,furthermore, had to ask for it back ! MANNERS please. After placing pooch and purchased goods in my vehicle, I suspected something amiss with total on receipt. Initially slipped me by as it is not unusual for me to overspend on pet products. Returned to Best Friends Cranbourne store to do my OWN price check....OVERCHARGED me $52. Human error I guess. BE CAREFUL customers, PLEASE.

We took our one year old bunny for spaying, the vet called after a couple of hours to tell us that she died under surgery !!!

Grooming service in store also has resident vet there. Not sure if all the time. But there was one there on the Sunday we were there.

We went in and where kindly helped with knowledge and instruction (Time was Given) So I was Very Pleased with the great customer service. :) Purchased and advice was given on Set up of new Fish tank and Fish. :) Will gladly return any time for any of my pet needs.

i went in here shortly after my cavalier was bitten by a snake. They gave me some great information on pet insurance, and gave me some great advice on how to handle my pup. i brought some snacks for her and had a nice wander around the big store. thanks guys for your help.
