Great customer service, staff are very friendly and helpful to the best of there advantage when needed, the kids love looking at the animals they have, they have a good sized variety of items, animals etc, they are a little over priced tho

my kids always love stopping in here viewing the different animals,they have a great variety of stock and we often purchase our ish food from here,the staff are wonderful the only problem at times is parking as its situated where the good guys is

great place with really friendly staff. we often pop to check what new animals they have in. pricing is abit ove rthe top unless you have a store card which i find abit unfair.

I often take my toddler in to look at the animals, and to purchase things for my cats, dog and rat. Staff are very friendly, there is a large variety of products for a large variety of pets, pricing is average for a pet store.

The service is great, they are always willing to help you when needed.
The price on average is fair, if you are a snake owner and need frozen mice they are pretty pricy. If you have a card for their store you get some great savings.

Very big pet store, it is a little expensive although if you have a membership they do give discounts. For the size of the store I feel they are a little understaffed. They have a good range of everything a pet needs and a huge range off fish. It is a convenient store to get everything done at once including grooming. It's also a pet friendly store. Overall a great shop

A great pet shop to buy all types of pet goods at and also some pets are available.Their dog clipping and grooming service is first class and they really care for the dogs they do and their cost is very reasonable.Our 3 dogs really enjoy going there.

This store has pretty well everything you could need for your pets!! fish products are good too as you can buy already put together tanks with accessories at deal prices...Great for kids!

This really is a great pet store. I take my dogs their all the time and the workers know them. They are extremely helpfull and have a great membership program. They are average price but top service.

i shop here, every time I come to geelong .it's such a great store.they have everything you need & some. staff are always helpful & polite. great facilities(grooming & vet)

Variety of products is exceptional, apart from the whole pet shop feel...it feels more like a warehouse than a good old pet store. There are limited pets available and staff are generally behind counters, not walking around offering help...

This has got be my one and only pet food stop!
The staff here are always friendly, and know all there is to know about dogs, fish cats, etc!
They also have a VIP club, that entitles you to 10% Premium foods, Eg Advance, Science Diet, Eukanuba etc.
Pets are welcome too which is a plus
Good value!
