we had a fabulous night on nice new beds and renovated rooms the area was quite and staff very friendly.Breakfast was tasty and well presented was on time and not felt like we were intruded upon.

A recent four night stay was comfortable and straight-forward. The motel room had all the features you expect from a modern motel; nothing extravagant, just adequate and well laid out. Quiet surroundings, comfortable bed, hot shower, fridge, TV, etc. Door security is questionable with old cheap handle lock, but Rockhampton is probably not a crime capital in Aus. The restaurant is tending to be over-priced (as is the room) and the service was a little patchy, but the food was good and steak cooked as requested. The motel is medium walking distance to most central facilities and a short walk to the excellent Leagues Club.
