Had a glass splashback installed by these guys recently, and was very happy with the quality of the work done and the service provided. The result looks fantastic - it fits perfectly and the colour we were advised to go with is good too. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a nice finish.

Betta recently came to our house to measure up for, and then install some custom fitted cupboards for our new baby's nursery. We had left the whole project too late, but they were fantastic and fitted the work in as quickly as they could. The result looks great, and we were very happy with the friendly shop staff as well as the helpful crew who came to our home.

Called these guys to get a free measure and quote for a built in wardrobe. After a lengthy conversation where I outlined what I was after and specified dimensions for several projects, I was told it wasn't possible because I couldn't guarantee off-street parking. The majority of the of the Eastern Suburbs cant guarantee off-street parking. I understand why this is case to some extent but the message was abruptly and rudely communicated. Why go to the lengths of getting me to go through all of my requirements if you are going to turn away my business.

Everyone has an excuse as to why they cant rectify the situation or take responsibility for it. They caused so much stress and inconvenience I would not recommend them. It took over six weeks to complete from the day the staff starting installing....not including the lead in time for the doors to be made (which of course can also take a few weeks). They were ridiculously unprofessional. We have never seen anything like it. We had to be home over five different days in a six week period while they installed and corrected the job. On some occasssions they turned up for a couple of hours and then left to go to the next job - leaving us to make a further appointment with them to finish it. Note they also cut the shelves on site, on your time. A few of the issues: the doors were the wrong size, the push catches dont work, the tracks for the draws fell off as they were not screwed in properly (we had to redo them all ourselves), the clothes rails are not level and lopsided (we also fixed this ourselves as we didnt want to have to wait for them to come back), every second predrilled hole was left with no screw in it, and the shelves were roughly cut with what seemed to be a blunt blade. Using them was an expensive mistake for us. We just hope this helps you find someone better than them.

OMG - I cried when I saw what they had done. We had renovated the most beautiful room only to have it completely destroyed by some very bad designs and recommendations and major errors. We had so many issues with them to write in this review but it involved the drawing up incorrect design, dimensions and even door colour. Then they tried to make us pay almost $400 extra for their mistake. I had to take it further to the management who had no apology to offer and i quote shouted in the phone "well you either pay for it or we will install it how it is - too bad". This was completely the staff's fault. I wanted to talk to the other management and they said they were not available for someone like me. They finished the job (as it was already half done) and I have to say it has turned my beautiful room into an ugly eyesore which I don't even want to walk into anymore. We are now trying to fix this and will need to get the doors replaced at our own expense but I can assure you I will never use them again.

I have purchased both shower screens & wardrobe doors for Betta & the end result is great. They came out & quoted on time and it was a reasonably quick turn around to get them installed. The only problem i had was booking in the installation which because of the head office archaic processes it was not user friendly or flexible.
